Guardian produces shaft couplings, motion control couplings, pipe couplings, and hydraulic pump drives for off-highway equipment, compressor drives, engine bell housings, adaptors, and bearing-supported stub shafting. Who are your distributors? Do you sell direct? Guardian sells to a wide array of industrial power transmission distributors throughout the world. We also sell end user/ OEM direct, depending upon customer needs. What is Guardian’s minimum order size? Guardian has a $50.00 minimum order policy. What is your return policy? Guardian will review on an individual basis. Damaged goods are to be reviewed by Guardian engineering for final return disposition. All Guardian products are manufactured with quality materials and workmanship, and are warranted to be free of defects if properly installed and operated. Can you drop ship to our customer? Yes, Guardian drop ships on a routine basis. What is your cutoff time for same day shipments? If Guardian receives your order by 2:30 PM (CST), we can ship same-day if all components are in stock. What shipment method does Guardian use? Guardian normally ships FedEx or UPS (if total shipping weight is less than 150 pounds). If the total shipping weight exceeds 150 pounds, common truck carrier is used. Do you manufacture multiple hydraulic pump drives? No, Guardian manufactures only single, in-line designs. Can you put internal splines or keyways in any of your couplings? Yes, Guardian broaches a wide variety of SAE involute splines, DIN splines, as well as Imperial and Metric keyways. Can you manufacture PTO Shafting? Not only can Guardian manufacture PTO shafts, but we also provide bearing supports for these shafts when used in a side load (V- Belt) situation. Do you produce custom castings/bell housings? Yes, Guardian can produce pump mount castings for diesel or gasoline engine drives from a variety of alloys.
